The short version

• Astrolox is a tool for awareness and timing, for entertainment and personal insight. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
• Your cosmic forecast is written for you personally and is for your personal use; commercial use needs our permission.
• Full access is an auto-renewing subscription. You manage and cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deleting it does not cancel the subscription.
• You must be at least 13 to create an account; if you are under 18 you need your legal guardian's permission.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

The service

Astrolox computes your birth chart from the date, time and place of birth you give, and produces a daily cosmic forecast and weekly and monthly outlooks from that chart. Planetary positions are computed from astronomical data; the interpretation is written for you personally on top of that calculation, with the help of the AI model we use.

We may develop or change the scope, features and content of the service over time.

An important note about astrology

Astrolox is a tool for awareness and timing, offered for entertainment and personal insight.

Nothing the app produces is medical, psychological, financial, legal or professional advice, and it must not be used as such. Astrolox does not promise a definite future and does not guarantee that events will occur.

Forecasts are written in the definite future tense; that is a style of writing, not a statement that events will happen.

For decisions about health, money, law or safety, consult a qualified professional. The decisions you make are your own responsibility.

If you are in an emergency, or having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a health service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the app with your legal guardian's permission.

You reach your account through Sign in with Apple. Keeping your Apple ID secure is your responsibility.

Enter only your own birth details for the calculation, and do not enter anyone else's without their permission. The birth details you give must be accurate; the calculation rests directly on them.

One person, one account. You may not transfer or rent your account.

Subscription, free trial and cancellation

Full access to Astrolox is an auto-renewing subscription. Current plans and prices are shown on the purchase screen in the app.

• Where a free trial is offered its length is stated on the purchase screen; unless you cancel before it ends, the paid subscription begins.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Your Apple ID is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting your account in the app does not cancel it.
• Payment, refunds and invoicing are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

When your subscription ends no new cosmic forecast is produced, but the days written for you while it ran remain yours and stay readable.

Using the app

You agree not to:

• act in a way that harms the service, our servers or other users
• query the service in bulk with automated tools, reverse engineer it, or attempt to defeat its security measures
• use another person's account or identity
• open more than one account to repeat a free trial or get around usage limits
• enter someone else's birth details without their permission
• misuse our support and contact channels (unsolicited bulk messages, threats, abuse)
• make a false or bad-faith payment dispute
• republish content from the app commercially without permission
• use content from the app to train an AI or any other system
• use it for any purpose contrary to applicable law

Content and intellectual property

The app, its design, its text, its calculation layer and the Astrolox brand belong to Luteg Yazılım Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. or their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes for as long as you comply with these terms.

You may keep and personally use the cosmic forecasts produced for you.

The cosmic forecast is written for you personally and is for your personal use. Without our written permission, no one, you included, may use it commercially, sell it, copy and republish it, or make it part of a product, service or publication.

You are free to share it for non-commercial purposes, for example with your friends.

Visual credits and licenses

Planet textures on the website are by Solar System Scope, used under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The textures have been resized, lit and composited into video for Astrolox’s three-dimensional scenes.

Sky imagery is adapted from Deep Star Maps 2020. Credit: NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center Scientific Visualization Studio; Gaia DR2: ESA/Gaia/DPAC. The imagery has been processed for the background video.

These credits do not imply that the source organisations endorse or sponsor Astrolox. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses; the use restrictions in these terms do not limit the rights those licenses grant.

Your data and what is written for you

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. Transfers to sign-in, notification, hosting and content providers needed to deliver the service, and legally required disclosures, are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal birth data or forecasts for research, statistics or system training without your separate permission.

Everything written for you is stored on our servers, tied to your account.

Whichever of your devices you sign in from, your past days are loaded onto that device and can be read offline.

Availability

We cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates or faults outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.

If we have to discontinue the service or a feature, we will give reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of content in the app, indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data.

Your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be limited by contract, are unaffected.

Closing your account

You may delete your account from the app at any time.

If you breach these terms we will first warn you and give you reasonable time to put it right.

We may suspend or close your account immediately, without notice, in these cases: conduct that endangers the security of the service, our servers or other users; fraud or payment abuse; unlawful use; a request from a competent authority; or a breach that continues after a warning. Unless the law prevents us, we will tell you the reason afterwards.

If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected] to object; we will review your objection and tell you the outcome.

Closing your account does not cancel your App Store subscription; you must cancel that in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests for a period you have paid for are subject to Apple's policies.

The data of a closed account is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

We notify you inside the app or, where we have one, by email.

Additional App Store terms

Because you obtained the app through the App Store, the following also applies:

• This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. We alone are responsible for the app and its content.
• You may use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
• We alone are responsible for maintenance and support; Apple has no such obligation.
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Claims relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, consumer protection and privacy, are directed to us, not to Apple.
• We are responsible for investigating and defending third-party intellectual property claims relating to the app.
• You must comply with any third-party agreements that apply when you use the app (for example your mobile data agreement).
• You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on a prohibited party list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current text is always on this page, and we will say so inside the app when a change is significant. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new text.

Governing law

Turkish law applies, and the courts and enforcement offices of i̇stanbul anadolu have jurisdiction.

This does not narrow your statutory rights: consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where they live, under law no. 6502, and consumers elsewhere keep the mandatory rights their own country gives them.
